After the window closes, we start production based on the total orders
Once production is finished, we ship orders in the order they were placed
Tracking is emailed as soon as your package ships

What is the return policy?
This is a preorder drop. Because each item is produced to meet demand, all sales are final once the preorder window closes.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will fix it.
